Louis Irving’s journey began in New Orleans, Louisiana, where his values of community, integrity, and excellence were formed early. A proud graduate of Southern University in Baton Rouge, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1992, laying the foundation for a lifelong career in property and insurance services.

Early Career and Industry Foundations

Louis launched his professional path in 1992 as a Property and Casualty Adjuster with State Farm Insurance in Houston, Texas. His exceptional promise was recognized early when he was chosen for State Farm’s prestigious summer internship program in 1991.

During his tenure, he developed extensive expertise in handling claims related to fire, lightning, vandalism, theft, wind, and hail damage. His dedication and leadership led to a promotion in 1994 to National Catastrophe Adjuster, a position that combined his technical precision with a deep compassion for helping families recover after loss.

Building a Legacy of Excellence

In 1998, driven by an entrepreneurial vision and a commitment to service, Louis founded Irving and Associates, LLC—a firm dedicated to claims adjusting and real estate appraisal. What began as a single-office operation has grown into a multi-state enterprise known for professionalism, accuracy, and care.
